Shrub and Tree Pruning Procedures

Lawns USA's professionals will prune your plants based on your specific plant types and time of year. Most plants will be pruned "selectively" by removal of individual branches at the branch collar as to minimize the stress to the plant. Except for hedges, topiary, or where specifically requested. Lawns USA does not simply "shear" plants with hedge trimmers. "Selective", or hand pruning is more time consuming, but it results in a healthier, more attractive plant.
